1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At NakshatraSutra, we take great pride in delivering not just products, but sacred energies embodied in every gemstone. Each stone is handpicked and blessed for its purpose before shipment. We offer FREE Standard Delivery across India. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, restricted military zones, or remote locations that fall outside the reach of our courier partners.

We also ship internationally, wherever our trusted logistic partners operate. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the total weight and destination of your package. These charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Our priority is to ensure that your gem reaches you safely, in its most vibrant and untarnished form.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING

All gemstone orders received between Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are carefully processed, energetically cleansed, and shipped within 2 to 3 business days upon payment confirmation. Delays may occur during festivals, high-volume periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Standard Shipping – Free for all domestic orders. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.

Express Shipping – Available at a nominal charge, delivering your spiritual treasures within 2–3 business days.

Once dispatched, a tracking number and courier details will be shared via email or SMS. You can track your parcel's sacred journey from our temple to your home using the tracking number provided.

Please ensure your contact number is provided at checkout for coordination during delivery. If delivery fails due to unavailability, redelivery charges may apply.

International delivery timelines vary based on your country's customs process and courier regulations. But rest assured, your gemstone is on its divine path to you.

3. TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS

For international orders, all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees must be borne by the recipient as per the laws of the destination country. These are not included in the product or shipping price and must be settled directly with the customs authorities of your region.

4. MODES OF PAYMENT

We accept all major forms of digital payment including VISA, MasterCard, UPI, Net Banking, and PayPal. Our payment gateway is secured with the latest encryption technology to ensure your details remain safe and protected. We do not accept COD or bank transfers for international shipments at this time.
