Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At NakshtraSutra, your satisfaction is at the heart of our tradition. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer exchanges and returns, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Footwear must have clean, unmarked soles.
- Original purchase invoice must be included.
- Items must have been purchased directly from NakshtraSutra.
If the above conditions are not fulfilled, we regret that we cannot process any exchange or return, regardless of the item’s return status. Sale items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable, both in-store and online.
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchange or return requests must be raised within 10 days from the invoice date for domestic orders and within 20 days for international orders. All returns must be submitted via our online portal at info@nakshtrasutra.com. In-store exchanges can be processed at our Ujjain location.
2. EXCHANGES AT OUR STORE
2.1 Bring the original invoice and item(s) in original packaging to our Ujjain store.
2.2 After inspection, an immediate exchange will be offered if conditions are met.
2.3 If the exchange item costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
2.4 If the new item costs less, no refund will be given for the difference.
2.5 Store credit or cash vouchers will not be provided for in-store exchanges.
3. ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
3.1 Include the original invoice and return items in proper condition and packaging.
3.2 Fill the Return/Exchange Request Form and follow the instructions mentioned.
3.3 Ship the parcel using a trackable courier service.
3.4 Processing may take up to 5 working days after we receive your parcel.
3.5 Refunds will be issued as Online Store Credit only—valid for 30 days and redeemable on our website. Not valid for in-store use or cash conversion.
3.6 Store Credit must be used in one transaction. Remaining balance, if any, will not be refunded.
3.7 Credit issued will match the item's purchase price. Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable.
3.8 In case of defective or incorrect items received, NakshtraSutra will bear the return shipping cost. Replacement is subject to stock availability.
3.9 Duties and customs charges on international returns will not be refunded.

4. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
4.1 Each item is eligible for a single return or exchange only.
4.2 Repeated returns of identical items from previous orders may result in ineligibility.
4.3 Returns/exchanges do not cover wear and tear or accidental damage caused by the user.
4.4 NakshtraSutra provides no warranty—express or implied—on product durability or specific use.
4.5 Returns and exchanges are governed by Indian consumer protection laws.
4.6 All decisions made by NakshtraSutra shall be considered final and binding.
